REVERENCE PROVISIONS – TERMS OF SERVICE 1. OVERVIEW By purchasing from

Reverence Provisions (a division of SubCulture Dining), you agree to these Terms of Service. 2.

ELIGIBILITY You must be 18 years or older to purchase. 3. PRODUCT INFORMATION We

specialize in handcrafted culinary products. Ingredients, flavors, or packaging may vary. Limited

items may sell out without notice. 4. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in USD. We reserve

the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders may be canceled if fraud is suspected. 5. SHIPPING

& RISK OF LOSS Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once transferred to the shipping

carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. 6. RETURNS / REFUNDS Please review our full

return and refund policy at: https://subculturedining.com/refunds 7. ALLERGENS Products may

contain or be processed near allergens, including nuts, sesame, soy, dairy, and gluten. 8.

LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products. 9. GOVERNING LAW These

terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

REVERENCE PROVISIONS – SHIPPING POLICY (Shippo Integrated) 1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders process within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, please allow extra time. 2.

SHIPPING PARTNERS We use Shippo multi-carrier services to pull live rates, manage tracking,

and improve delivery speed. 3. TRACKING Tracking numbers are sent via email when a label is

generated. 4. SHIPPING ZONES Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping

coming soon. 5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If a shipment is marked DELIVERED by the

carrier, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist when possible. 6. DAMAGED

ITEMS Email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product damage. 7.
