Because our products include perishable food, provisions, and specialty items prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

However, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, missing items, or a product that arrives damaged—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will work to resolve the matter.
