BUILT FROM PROCESS.

Cooking with intent, integrity, and curiosity.

The Story

During the height of the pandemic, we expanded our in house fermentation program at ReverenceNYC Fine Foods. What started as survival quickly turned into innovation. A way to preserve flavor, stretch resources, and keep feeding our community when everything else felt uncertain.

It began with FooFighter Hot Sauce, a collaboration with Norwich Meadows Farm. That one bottle opened the door. We realized that the ingredients we were building our food around were just as important as the dishes themselves.

Night after night, guests asked to take those ingredients home. Not souvenirs. Tools. The actual things we cooked with.

After years of testing, teaching, and feeding Harlem through service and farmers markets, it became clear this was not about selling products. It was about living the same values outside the restaurant that we lived by inside it.

Reverence Provisions grew out of that truth.

We do the most with what nature gives us.

We respect the land, the sea, and the people who work them.

We build deep flavor from scratch.

We waste less by thinking more.

Culinary Cheat Code is not a gimmick. It is how we have always cooked. Strong foundations. Long timelines. Flavor that holds up.

We have spent the years so you do not have to.

You just get to cook.
